Angel Reese is making waves on and off the court for female sports. The Chicago Sky superstar has officially launched a collaborative partnership with fast-food chain McDonald’s. Reese’s move to partner with McDonald’s marks the fast-food chain’s first-ever national meal collaboration with a female athlete.

Taking to social media, McDonald’s reveals that it will be dropping “The Angel Reese Special,” which features a combo meal that includes a BBQ Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese, fries and drink. The collaboration will be available beginning February 10. In the press release, Reese quated, “McDonald’s has always been a big part of my life, from grabbing a McChicken Sandwich as a kid to being named a McDonald’s All American in 2020.” She added, “It’s really a dream come true to be the first-ever female athlete to have my own meal and be a part of McDonald’s amazing basketball legacy. I hope the Angel Reese Special inspires young athletes everywhere to never give up on pursuing their dreams.”

For a limited time, Angel’s bold original style is channeled into the special, taking the QPC to the next level, adding a fresh twist on its classic ingredients. McDonald’s promises that this is beyond a food collaboration and reveals that more content surrounding the special will pay tribute to McDonald’s hoops history while highlighting sports legends and rising stars alike. The special will be available ia the McDonald’s App, in-restaurant and the Drive Thru at participating U.S. restaurants starting on February 10, while supplies last.
