For Fall/Winter 2025, 032c is engrossed in investigating things that cannot be seen or comprehended. Returning for Paris Fashion Week, the Berlin-based magazine-turned-fashion label presented its latest seasonal range at Maison des Métallos. This collection emphasizes the allure of the unseen and the enigmatic, encouraging a mindset that questions and investigates the status quo. Creative director Maria Koch infuses the collection with a critical attitude, embracing the uncertainties and unknowns of knowledge.

“SUSPICIOUS MINDS” is positioned as an antithesis to rigid beliefs, continuing the 032c ready-to-wear legacy of defying seasonal trends with its anti-Zeitgeist uniforms. By blending European traditional elements with outlandish and occult references, the collection solidifies 032c’s reputation for crafting boundary-pushing designs.

Classic and timeless garments are reimagined with unexpected twists, drawing inspiration from European traditionalisms as well as dystopian landscapes. Traditional clothing elements such as janker jackets for men and Dirndl dress proportions for women are reinterpreted with accentuated body shapes, decorated crotches and macabre details.

Bambi mohair, mille-fleur patterns and melting daisies as seen on bomber jackets and knitwear are further juxtaposed with collapsing crosses and alpine undertones. The collection also highlights collapsing silk collars and waterproof seam-sealed, coated cotton coats, showcasing 032c’s commitment to pushing the boundaries in fabrics and garment construction.

032c’s “SUSPICIOUS MINDS” explores the intersection of traditionalism and contemporary fashion and “is where ‘die Tracht’ meets a contemporary city uniform.” Every piece in the collection invites wearers to distance themselves from the old, embrace the new and wholly accept the unknown as part of the journey.
