G-SHOCK Updates the Signature GM-2110D Series With an Entirely Stainless Steel Construction and Metallic Dial
The latest G-STEEL watches bring contemporary flair to the iconic analog-digital series.
G-SHOCK’s GM-2110D G-STEEL series is back with a selection of hyper-sleek watches in brilliant blue, green, orange and silver color stories. Five new models equipped with an analog-digital display, a stainless steel band and strap, a resin case and a chic dial design accentuated with an iridescent metallic finish round out the collection.
Reimagining the octagonal concept design of the DW-5000 and the brand’s first analog model, the AW-500, the GM-2110D elevates these elements in an entirely stainless steel construction — a sophisticated, modern take paying homage to its iconic predecessors. The collection, emphasizing daily utility and hardwearing functionality in diverse environments, boasts G-SHOCK’s signature shock-resistant structure, incorporating an inner case made of glass fiber-reinforced resin. Meticulous detailing, like a round hairline finish and mirror polish, brings a luxe look to the watch face. The GM-2110D line softens the brand’s signature rugged aesthetic with lustrous metal- and color-plating on the dials and inset dial rings to create a brilliant sense of three-dimensionality.
The dark blue GM-2110D-2B, light blue GM-2110D-2A, sage green GM-2110D-3A, orange GM-2110D-4A and monochromatic, silver-toned GM-2110D-7A feature highly reflective dials, enhanced by a Super Illuminator LED light for the dial and LCD. Unlike other GM-2110 releases, these timepieces are fashioned with a stainless steel band, delivering a refined wrist look with textural appeal. The fashion-forward design blends seamlessly in formal settings and effortlessly pairs with business casual clothing and street styles.
Each model in the collection features 20-bar water resistance, hand shift functionality, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a countdown timer, five daily alarms and world time in 48 cities. With this release, G-SHOCK unveils its slimmest watch combination to date, measuring 49.3 mm wide, 44.4 mm long and 11.8 mm in depth, presenting a streamlined wrist piece with contemporary flair.
