Palace Joins Forces With PORTER for Their Second Collaboration
Bringing a new selection of apparel and accessories pieces fit for travel.
We’re several weeks into the new Palace season as the UK-based skate brand continues to treat its fans to fall-ready apparel. Hot off of a week that was highlighted by motocross-inspired outerwear, the brand is back this week with its seventh drop of the season.
This time around, Palace Skateboards has once again partnered with the iconic Japanese bag accessories brand PORTER-YOSHIDA CO. for their second collaboration. This season, the jacquard weave the main highlight, a theme that runs throughout the apparel and accessories pieces. PORTER‘s signature black and olive color waves merge with its iconic orange nylon lining in the weave pattern to give the bags an added detail. Newer styles like the tanker field jacket, vest and matching belted rousers featuring zip and side pocket details all co-branded with the Palace and Porter monikers are added to the range to give it its travel-ready aesthetic.
Additional Palace wardrobe staples like hoodies and t-shirts are given the co-branding treatment, featuring the logos in the thematic olive, orange, black and white color scheme. New bag accessories styles in the black and olive jacquard including the backpack, waist bag, mini shoulder bags, wallets and caps along with two boards, round out the Palace x PORTER collection.
Release for the latest Palace drop takes place first on September 20 in the UK and EU at 12pm CET via Palace and DSM. It drops later that same day at 11am EDT in the US, with the LA store and DSM LA hosting its drops at 11am PDT. Japan and South Korea’s drop is scheduled to take place at 11am JST on September 21 while China’s WeChat drop occurs an hour later at 11am CST that same day.
