A Kind of Guise FW24 Climbs Mountain Summits In Peru
The well-traveled label explores the Andes mountain range this season.
German label A Kind of Guise travels the world with every collection it creates. From Albania to Italy, the brand has become a well-rounded explorer and heads to the mountain summits of Peru for Fall/Winter 2024.
Titled “Soroche,” the collection is spread across menswear and womenswear with dozens of cozy looks inspired by rich South American culture. A Kind of Guise ascended onto the Andes mountain range with local textiles, debuting a relaxed line packed with snug essentials.
A Kind of Guise introduces several long-haired ensembles for the cold days ahead, featuring Peruvian alpaca, Austrian Loden, and German Steiff teddy-bear fabrics across cable-knit vests, heavyweight overcoats, woven outerwear, and more. The understated collection is drenched in transitional neutral tones while delivering stylish everyday uniforms led by puffed collarless jackets, corduroy shirts, chunky knitwear, and floral-printed uniforms integrating Japanese sun-dried fabrics for a vintage look.
