Kiko Kostadinov Leads ECCO.kollektive's Season 04 with Leather Designs
A conversation between the ancient and futuristic.
ECCO.kollektive returns for its fourth season with a fresh collection of leather footwear, accessories and garments designed by Kiko Kostadinov, Peter Do and Nina Christen. This season marks the second collaboration for each designer, showcasing their deepened relationship with leather craftsmanship.
Kiko Kostadinov’s contribution, designed by womenswear directors Laura and Deanna Fanning, showcases a dialogue between ancient and futuristic elements. Inspired by their tannery visit, the twin sisters incorporate curvilinear lines and “space age” shapes, evident in the soft, enveloping sole of the Jemison shoe. Peter Do refines his unisex designs, introducing a new iteration of the Hybrid sneaker with innovative leather folding techniques, while Nina Christen presents the Boot in ultra-soft silky nappa leather.
The collection’s standout pieces are the footwear designs, featuring a distinctive round ball element on the outsoles. The Jemison Shoe, Artemis Mary Jane, Tereshkova Zip-up and Eileen High Boot exemplify the collection’s futuristic aesthetic. Available in a vibrant color palette including black, orange, white, maroon red, pastel purple and bright olive green.
The collection, priced between $325 USD and $1500 USD. Available now for purchase at ECCO.kollektive’s official website and in select stores.
