PLAY Comme des Garçons and Converse Reissue the OG Single Hearts Pack

Celebrating the 15th anniversary of their longstanding collaboration, Converse and PLAY Comme des Garçons have joined forces to reissue the signature OG Single Hearts footwear packs that started it all.
When the duo released the first pairs in 2009, the famous heart motif appeared on the side of the Chuck Taylor All-Star. Now, the brands have opted to plant the fan-favorite illustration on the Chuck 70 and the Chuck 70 Ox for the first time.
The honorary capsule houses both styles in “Black” and “Milk” colorways. Made with premium canvas, the special-edition designs feature dual-branded sock-liners, OrthoLite cushioning, white foxing, toecaps and a vintage license plate.
The latest PLAY Comme des Garçons x Converse OG Single Hearts pack utilizes the exact PLAY logo that appeared on the debut models. In the last decade and a half, the iconography has landed on several Converse models as a symbol of the collaboration’s “minimalist yet optimistic and unassuming style,” per the brands.
The PLAY Comme des Garçons x Converse OG Single Heart Chuck 70 pack is now available to shop online. For the first time, the shoes will be made in kids sizing, too. Prices range from $95 USD to $150 USD. Take a look at the designs in the gallery above.
