Shake Shack Ventures Into Thai Food With Green Curry Menu

Shake Shack is not afraid to try new flavors and update its menu. In the past, the fast-food chain has launched special edition items spanning smoky BBQ, al pastor, a matcha cookies & cream milkshake, a hot honey menu and many more. Now, Shake Shack is venturing to Thailand by launching its new Green Curry Menu in the United Kingdom.

With the new limited-edition menu, Shake Shack is bringing Thailand’s signature green curry flavor to its roster with a Green Curry Burger, Green Curry Chicken and Green Curry Fries. All the items feature a special green curry mayo and are complemented by additional elements like fresh cucumber slices, fresh herb mix and crispy ale-marinated shallots.

“Inspired by the UK’s love of curry, our new menu centers around the vibrant flavors of Thai green curry. We’ve crafted a sauce featuring green curry paste with chilies, aromatics and spices, complemented by fish sauce and fresh herbs for that signature Thai essence,” said Peter Kayaian, Culinary & Product Development Manager of Shake Shack. “The burgers are finished with a blend of Thai basil, mint and coriander alongside cucumber slices for a refreshing balance. We’re so excited to bring this new menu to our UK Shack fans to experience.”

But alongside the special food items, the menu also moves into beverages with a Thai Tea Shake and a Dragon Fruit Pomegranate Lemonade. Shake Shack’s limited-edition Green Curry Menu will be available from July 2 – September 26 at all UK Shake Shack locations.
