Leading audio maker Soundcore adds to its premium lineup of wireless headphones and smart home speakers with the launch of the Soundcore Boom 2 Plus. The new speaker is the flagship product of the brand’s namesake Soundcore Boom series and succeeds the Motion Boom Plus.
The latest addition to its fleet provides a more powerful audio output with up to 140W of power when the BassUP 2.0 Technology is turned on. This proprietary design supports ultra deep bass play (down to 40 Hz) without compromising sound quality. Soundcore also equips these speakers with BassUP 2.0 Technology paired with active crossover, ensuring more dynamic sound with rich detail.

Unlike its predecessor, the Boom 2 Plus comes with eight different light presets. Users can also customize these settings to create an engaging visual experience that complements their listening. Utilizing the Soundcore app, individuals can also tailor the music to fit their preferences with the speaker’s powerful full-band EQ.
The Boom 2 Plus is a great companion for outdoor adventurers. Aside from its built-in handle and detachable shoulder strap, the speaker is IPX7 waterproof-certified, meaning it can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes without any damage. It can also last up to 20 hours on one charge and features a USB port where users can charge their mobile devices, ensuring the devices stay powered for the entire listening session.
