Nike ISPA is consistently finding ways to innovate its technical outerwear, and it’s Summer 2024 is no exception. Nike’s “Innovate. Scavenge. Protect. Adapt.” sublabel recently unveiled a sleek selection of warm-weather goods, including functional footwear and layerable apparel – but it’s undoubtedly the convertible ISPA Metamorph Poncho that stands out as the statement piece.

Running for roughly $620, the poncho can fully transform into a tent.

Crafted from layered lightweight nylon, the poncho can handle the elements in any form – completely water repellent and securable with two-way zip closure. The grey-hued offering is reversible and comes complete with a detachable hood and collapsable tent poles. Nike ISPA branding is stamped throughout the silhouette, appearing on the outside of the tent once the poncho is converted.

Aside from seamless conversion into a sunshade tent, the Metamorph Poncho can also transition into an easy-to-carry, packable bag.
