Ken Carson Goes Global on "overseas"
The Opium rapper’s first release since ‘A Great Chaos.’

For Ken Carson‘s birthday, he gave us all a gift: a new song dubbed “overseas.” The Opium rapper unveiled the track ahead of his Coachella debut this weekend.
Clocking in at just under two-and-a-half minutes, “overseas” finds the rapper in his zone over an electric beat.
“London, Paris, Amsterdam, yeah, I’m overseas / She gon’ suck my soul out me, yeah, she on her knees / Inhale, exhale, yeah, breathe / 12 ask me, ‘What’s that smell?’, yeah, weed / I ain’t leaving no paper trail, yeah, this sh*t free / Overlapped them n***as, hell yeah, I’m in the lead / You ain’t none like me, you don’t bleed what I bleed (Huh) / Put the blick down, I’ll beat your ass just like Creed,” he slides on the 808-led chorus.
“overseas” arrives as the first release from Carson since his acclaimed album A Great Chaos.
The new single comes not only in commemoration of Carson’s birthday, but also his new Xbox collaboration. Dubbed X Man by his fans, he curated the custom Ken Carson Xbox Seriex X.
