G-SHOCK Reveals New MR-G Frogman
With a full titanium bracelet.
G-SHOCK has an ever-expanding catalog. From a range of collaborations to expanding its own catalog with new colorways and modifications, Casio’s G-SHOCK has remained on the pulse of versatile, yet durable timepieces since 1983. Now the brand is making its large catalog even larger with the reveal of a new MR-G Froman edition.
With the new MRG-BF1000B-1A, what stands out is its all-metal build, which is even more striking due to its full-titanium bracelet. The new edition in the family of diver’s watches features an asymmetrical design, a diving frog character and a sapphire crystal screw-lock case back. Additionally, it is comprised of over 70 exterior pieces with an O-ring waterproof seal for enhanced water resistance.
The watch’s dark character is accentuated by deep shades of red, touched of off-white and a soft orange MR-G on the face. To further improve the watch’s strength, fluoro rubber buffers between the bezel parts for front and side shock absorption alongside crystal protection. Finishing off the watch are details like Bluetooth Mobile Link and Tough Solar charging.
