Foster + Partners, a UK-based architectural firm, is reportedly designing an unprecedented two-kilometre-high skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Set to become the world’s tallest building, it will more than double the height of the current record holder — the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
Located near Riyadh’s international airport, which is also under redevelopment by Foster + Partners, this project exemplifies Saudi Arabia’s ambition to dominate the global architectural landscape.
