N.HOOLYWOOD and Champion Return for SS24 Delivery
Classic staples reimagined in comfy oversized silhouettes.

Daisuke Obana’s N.HOOLYWOOD returns with the latest drop in its partnership with Champion. Drawing from the REVERSE WEAVE® subdivision from the 1950s, the latest NEW WEAVE garments keep things simple, opting for neutral tones, oversized fits and unique tailoring to offer wearers with billowing silhouettes that maximize comfort above all else.
Two decades on, Obana hasn’t lost his penchant for reinventing American staples, be it sportswear, military or vintage garments. Both the name of his label and store (Mister Hollywood) are odes to the many visits he’d make to Los Angeles, where he’d stay in North Hollywood and bring back loads of thrift finds to use as samples.
A stalwart within the history of American sportswear, collaborating with Champion was a no brainer for Obana. Instead of slapping a simple neck tag or stitched logomark, his label completely reimagines the curvatures of each silhouette — from a 3/4 raglan top, a lofty crewneck and matching sweatpants to snap-button sweat jackets, as well as weighty t-shirts and sweatshorts.
Apart from the Pittsburgh Steelers-inspired color palette from last season, N.HOOLYWOOD and Champion offer each garment in relatively neutral tones, such as black, tan and heather grey, along with a heather grey and black hooded option. The first drop will release on February 9, followed by a second delivery on April 26th online and at the Mister Hollywood storefronts in Tokyo and Osaka.
