Helmut Lang SS24 Has Finally Launched
Get your hands up on Peter Do’s debut collection for the NYC label.

Last September during New York Fashion Week, Peter Do revealed his debut collection as Helmut Lang’s new creative director. Known for the success and cult-like following of his eponymous label, Do has been tasked to bring the minimalist, New York City-based label back to life. So with his debut, Do updated the brand’s key stylings with a few Do-isms. Now the Spring/Summer 2024 collection has finally launched, so it’s time to open your wallet.
Although there are certain pops of eye-catching intrigue whether it be through a few bursts of bold color or simple design details, Do’s focus on the collection was to keep matters clean. So to achieve that mission, Do’s imparted core silhouettes that can serve as timeless and fluid wardrobe mainstays. Whether it be menswear or womenswear, the pieces dance through tailored and casual dress notes to illustrate an understanding of balanced duality.
One moment you’ll find a seatbelt blazer and matching suit pants for a note of contemporary tailoring or a virgin wool tuxedo car blazer for a timeless note. The next moment may toss up a relaxed silk shirt paired with white low-rise straight jeans that are livened by pops of yellow, fuschia and black. Either way, the collection put wearability at the forefront. Across the wardrobe, you’ll find Italian virgin wool pieces, silk and cotton poplin shirts, lightweight knitwear, side-swept bubble skirts, easygoing dresses and more.
