Betty Boop Is the Centerpiece of GOD SELECTION XXX's Latest Collaboration

Betty Boop, animation’s first — and arguably still most famous — sex symbol is the centerpiece of GOD SELECTION XXX‘s latest apparel collaboration. Following projects with everyone from Converse to Clarks Originals and CASETiFY (even a high-end golf bag made in tandem with fragment design), GOD SELECTION XXX’s latest sees Boop appear across a selection of co-branded apparel, namely hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts and T-shirts.

All pieces in the eight-item collection — two hoodies, two crewnecks, and four T-shirts — are presented in either black or white and use a duo of graphics. One of these graphics shows a full-sized Boop doing her best Marilyn Monroe impersonation in a billowing red dress, while GOD SELECTION XXX’S triple-X logo obscures her eyes, and the other shows her sitting atop a larger rendition of the logo. Each is then completed by a large Betty Boop logo printed on the back.

If you’re interested in getting your hands on the Betty Boop x GOD SELECTION XXX collection, you’ll be able to do so on February 10 when it releases via GOD SELECTION XXX’s retail stores in Harajuku, Osaka and Nagoya as well as the brand’s webstore. T-shirts are priced at ¥18,700, sweatshirts at ¥30,800 and hoodies at ¥34,100, or roughly $126, $208 and $230 USD, all inclusive of tax.
