Bottega Veneta Introduces Suitcase Inspired by Its Signature Woven Bags
The “Odyssey” suitcase features calfskin leather handles and a 3D Intreccio patterned polycarbonate shell.
On Christmas Eve, Bottega Veneta unveiled its new “Odyssey” suitcase inspired by the Italian fashion house’s signature leather bags
Crafted in Italy, the suitcase is made with silver hardware and a lightweight polycarbonate shell embossed with a 3D Intreccio pattern in homage to the label’s iconic weaving technique. Inside, the carry-on size luggage offers 38 liters of bag space, suitable for short trips. Calfskin leather handles and trims add a touch of luxurious durability, along with an Intrecciato leather tag holder for users to insert their personal information.
The bag’s nylon interior has one zipped compartment and one strapped compartment, accompanied by a detachable divider with a flat zipped pocket to ensure efficient packing. A TSA-compliant lock system is enclosed with a zipper for added security on long journeys.
The 7lb luggage boasts a height of 21.5”, a width of 13.8”, and a depth of 8.3”. Priced at $2950 USD, the Odyssey suitcase is available for pre-order today on the Bottega Veneta web store, with an estimated ship date starting on February 24, 2025.
