SZA wants fans to keep Frank Ocean‘s name out of their mouths, especially if they don’t have their facts straight. While it is no surprise that fans from all over the world are eager to hear new music from Frank Ocean, some are going out of their way to start rumors.
An X account by the handle @blondedhomer, which is a self-acclaimed Frank Ocean fan account, has gone online to spread unsubstantiated rumors regarding Ocean’s involvement with SZA’s new album LANA. The account wrote, “Frank Ocean’s verse on SZA’s new album Lana (SOS deluxe) was removed at the last minute.” The fan account did not specify which song and the SZA herself caught wind of the post.
The artist appeared to be quite upset by the allegations and took to X to respond to the account. In what appears to be a now deleted post, SZA claps back stating, “Lmao now why would you even make this up?? Ur insane. It never existed.
