BEAMS x Polo Ralph Lauren's Latest Capsule Spotlights the Classic Polo Bear
With a limited-edition range of graphic basics and embroidered accessories for the “Navy and Gold Logo Collection.”
For the next release from BEAMS and Polo Ralph Lauren‘s “Navy and Gold Logo Collection,” the creative partners have unveiled a concise capsule of essentials bearing the famed Polo Bear originating from the 1990s.
Hoodies in heather gray and classic navy feature an illustration of the Polo Bear on the center chest. The bear is drawn in a hand-illustrated style to amplify the heritage feel and is dressed head to toe in logo gear from the Navy and Gold Logo Collection. The same illustration appears on sturdy canvas tote bags in natural beige and navy colorways, with paneled construction making for extra room and heftiness.
Embroidered versions of the bear appear on button-ups and caps. A denim shirt in an aged indigo hue features a smaller embroidered applique of the Polo Bear on the chest pocket. The twill caps offered in navy and ivory colorways place the embroidered bear at the front panel with a small “Polo” word mark below and embroidered text at the back panel. The collection also includes navy ribbed ankle socks scattered with golden Polo insignias.
The fourth installment of BEAMS x Polo Ralph Lauren’s Navy and Gold Logo Collection arrives on October 25 at BEAMS and BEAMS BOY label stores and BEAMS‘ web store.
