Kicking off the weekend, PinkPantheress has dropped her new track “Turn Your Phone Off” featuring Destroy Lonely.

Marking the first time PinkPantheress’ has worked with Destroy Lonely, the new track blends her layered dreamy pop sound with the American rapper’s rage/rap rock sound. As a surprisingly unanticipated collaboration, the track continues to evolve the UK artist’s sound and catalog.

“I turned my phone off, but your calls still came through/I don’t know why they do, I don’t even like you/The very next day you tried again and again/I don’t know why you call me, when will I see the end,” sings PinkPantheress in the chorus.

“Turn Your Phone Off” originally began floating around the internet about a year ago as an unreleased track. Aside from the inclusion of Destroy Lonely, the released cut also includes revised vocals and instruments, updated mixing, an entirely new verse and updated lyrics.
