Moncler's Studio Ascenti In Paris Previews an Experimental Footwear Future
Revealing its Moncler Genius collaboration with Salehe Bembury and adidas Originals.
Following the end of Paris Fashion Week, Moncler is preparing to take the city by storm with the return of its experimental Studio Ascenti space. The footwear pop-up previews the next generation of Moncler innovation, giving a sneak peek at its line-up for the rest of 2023.
While last year focused on the brand’s signature Moncler Trailgrip GTX silhouette, 2023 shares an expansive program alongside highly-anticipated Moncler Genius collaborations. The latter welcomes Salehe Bembury and adidas Originals into its visionary family, debuting their outdoor-focused Trailgrip Grain, NMD, and Campus designs. Moncler also offers a detailed look at its 3D-printed footwear with Zellerfeld, which is sleek, seamless, and futuristic.
Moncler’s in-house footwear range sees the Trailgrip GTX retooled with GORE-TEX uppers for uneasy winter adventures, while the Gaia Pocket Mid receives new colorways and introduces a jacket-inspired High model.
Moncler’s refined Peka Trek obtains waterproof uppers for unexpected conditions, accompanied by the sock-like Trailgrip Knit silhouette. Finally, Moncler’s Trailgrip Lite2 receives upgraded technical touches, completing the range with two colorways of the BBC Trailgrip Après Mid boot.
