Luxury brands are gearing up for a fun-filled summer, seeing several imprints open the doors to personalized cafés on European coastlines. Following Prada’s Caffè Principe, Louis Vuitton is heading to Saint-Tropez, putting Michelin star chef Arnaud Donckele in charge.
Last summer, Louis Vuitton introduced its first restaurant in Saint-Tropez’s White 1921 Hotel. This season, Donckele takes over the location alongside pastry chef Maxime Frédéri to create a Mediterranean menu ideal for Spanish summertime. The chefs have worked together across French Riviera-inspired treats, featuring orange blossom brioche and fresh ice cream flavors.
Swing by at dinnertime to devour regional sushi rolls, sea bream ceviche, truffle zitone pasta, and spiced meat dishes alongside several garden-picked side options.
Louis Vuitton has redesigned its Saint-Tropez café in enchanting white and blue tones, dominated by the brand’s Damier Ebene pattern, artistically painted throughout. The decor is inspired by Vuitton’s “By The Pool” resort collection, supplying a delicate atmosphere for incoming guests with wicker chairs, hanging lanterns, and blooming floral walls.
