Rising London Brand IDA Teases Customized Brazil Jersey for Summer 2023
Following a series of images surfacing on social media.

Emerging London-based streetwear brand IDA has just presented a brand-new football jersey for the Summer season and it sees the imprint reinterpret one of Brazil’s classic national jerseys.
Launched by British creative Jordan Vickors — who at the time, was working as a creative consultant for the likes of Nike and Chelsea FC — in 2021, IDA was first conceptualized in 2017 following an inspirational trip to Jamaica. Furthermore, IDA’s main points of inspiration came following the passing of Virgil Abloh, Vickors’ close mentor.
Now, following a slew of garment drops, with corresponding campaigns featuring the likes of A$AP Nast and Leicester-based rhymer Sainte, IDA is turning its attention to the Summer while teasing what should be, one of the most in-demand football jersey customizations of the season.
The yellow strip takes on the same classic design as the original Brazil shirt that dropped in the early ’00s, with the bold yellow base being complemented by speckles of green around the neckline and on the customary Nike branding on the chest and sleeves. Meanwhile, the classic Brazil crest takes a central placement on the chest, and this is hit with five stars above it — symbolizing the number of major international tournaments the nation has won.
What’s more, is that the jersey is hit with customized IDA branding across the shirt’s midriff, replacing the usual placement of the customary sponsorship branding that’s seen on regular jerseys. And while imagery of the new drop is scarce as of yet, IDA has also teased a new tracksuit co-ord in grey, and it’s hit with branding across the elasticated waistband.
