Having already launched two collections for Spring/Summer 2023, Daily Paper readies a range of summer essentials for its accompanying Resort drop. Designed to wear with its heritage-look main line garments or on their own for various summer escapades, the new pieces include mid-layer tops, shirts and shorts.

This season, the Amsterdam-based, African-rooted label takes notes from the idyllic stretches of Paradise Valley in Morocco. Dipped in soft, organic tones, the latest collection offers up muted interpretations of the natural landscape. Smarter garments such as polos, bowling shirts and tapered track bottoms adopt a palette of stone hues on easy-to-wear linen and fine knit fabrics. Amongst these pieces, a selection of shirts are stamped with the brand’s logos, summer motifs and the classic monogram print, elevating the pared back feel.

Matching sets of ribbed tank tops, jersey shorts and lightweight cotton T-shirts make up the everyday additions to the Resort line. While one T-shirt and hoodie comes printed with a graphic depiction of Paradise Valley, other items remain minimal in baby blue and purple tones reminiscent of its waterfalls.

Rounding off the collection, the label introduces black slides made from tumbled leather with imposed “Daily Paper” branding. This staple pair is styled playfully with the garments in the campaign lookbook. It also features vibrant orange hiking gear and the brand’s perennial accessories, which take the collection into the gorpcore realm, showcasing its unending versatility.
