Kid Cudi Teases Playboi Carti "Solo Dolo, Pt. IV" Collaboration, Won’t Be on New Album
Confirming that Travis Scott and Young Thug Will be on his forthcoming album.
Taking to Twitter, Kid Cudi shared that his collaboration with Playboi Carti will not be appearing on his forthcoming album. Teasing fans about his upcoming project, Cudi responded to a fan that asked about “Solo Dolo, Pt. IV,” which has been leaked as a collaboration with the Opium rapper.
Kid Cudi shared that the track will unfortunately not be appearing on his ninth studio album. Adding that the reason being Carti has not officially cleared the collaboration. “He [Playboi Carti] won’t clear it which is very weak. So yea it wont be on there. Which is ok becuz the shit I have on this album fuckin smacks and ur faces will melt.”
Despite the disappointing news, Cudi did share that both Travis Scott and Young Thug will have features on the album expected to release later this year.
