Footpatrol's adidas Campus 80 Is an Homage to the Past and Present
Celebrating the duo’s collaborative 20-year anniversary.
London-based retailer Footpatrol has walked hand-in-hand with adidas for over two decades and shows no signs of slowing down. Since 2002, the duo has retooled countless iterations of classic models, from the Consortium Superstar Vintage to the adidas Campus 80.
For 2023, Footpatrol embraces the latter with vintage inspirations, delivering a mashup of all its previous adidas Campus collaborations. The low-top pair lands with beige pigskin uppers and long-haired suede toe boxes supplying textural distinction. Harmonic Three Stripes branding adorns the medials, while the interior decor is removed and reveals hidden materials beneath.
Double-layered tongues accent both shoes, one in “Navy” and the other in “Burgundy” leather — reminiscent of Footpatrol’s 2007 and 2011 Campus collaborations. Gilded lettering shines below the ankles, while snakeskin heel tabs boast 2002 and 2022 numerals to celebrate the pairing’s 20th anniversary.
