Four Tet Follows Up Coachella Set With Release of 8-Minute Single “Three Drums”
The British DJ begins a global tour next month.

Still riding the high from his headlining Coachella set with Skrillex and Fred again.., Four Tet has dropped a new single called “Three Drums.”
Four Tet fans have been awaiting new music from the British DJ for a few months now, especially after his surprise Coachella performance, stepping in at the last minute to help fill the void of Frank Ocean dropping out. The last original songs he put out were “Mango Feedback” and “Watersynth” in August of last year, although he’s remixed a few tracks from other musicians in the meantime.
“Three Drums” clocks in at an epic eight minutes, taking listeners on a journey of ambient, electronic sound. Those looking for a gentler, easygoing track to listen to.
For those hoping to see him live, Four Tet will also be touring soon with shows slated for Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium and Brooklyn’s Avant Gardner next month, followed by sets in London, Bristol, Madrid, Barcelona and more.
