Activision Blizzard Is Working on a Two-Player ‘Call of Duty: The Board Game’
Joining forces with tabletop board game maker Arcane Wonders.

Gamers have long enjoyed the thrill of Call of Duty on-screen but now, the franchise will see if it can hold up as a tabletop board game.
Activision Blizzard has teamed up with developer Arcane Wonders for Call of Duty: The Board Game. Arcane’s take on the first-person shooter title is expected to launch around the holidays in 2024.
Arcane told Polygon that the game is intended to recreate the fast-paced action of the video game, encompassing “novel combat, movement and line-of-sight mechanics.”
While the board game will be set in the world of 2019’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, it isn’t tied to any particular storyline and will take participants on a totally unique adventure.
Call of Duty: The Board Game is expected to retail for $50 USD for a two-player session. Players, however, can combine up to two boards for a four-player gameplay experience.
Expect more details on Call of Duty: The Board Game in the coming months.
