Swedish furniture brand, Verk, has launched its new collection which extends its commitment to sustainably sourced and manufactured pieces.

Like previous collections, the new offering is comprised entirely out of raw materials and includes a range of chairs, stools, desks, tables and benches. The collection utilizes Swedish birch, oak and pine, appearing in light hues. What makes the minimal yet timeless range stand out is its creation by various artisans. Specifically, the V.EU.01 frame chair was designed by Elsa Unnegård, the V.PN.01 desk by Per Nadén, the V.AS.01 bistro table by Anya Sebton, the V.JS.01 stool by Johan Skoogh and the V.DE.06 bench and stool by David Ericsson. Additionally, the V.VP.01 trestle table and the V.VP.02 sofa were designed in-house by Verk.

“It’s nice being able to represent a varied line-up of designers, who differ widely in age, degree of establishment and demographics,” said Verk founder, Simon Anund. “And it goes without saying that it’s cool to be a part of ‘breaking’ new talents. This way, we stay abreast of what’s relevant at the current time. That’s always a challenge.”

Check out the gallery above for a look at the offering. Verk’s new collection is available now online and at its Stockholm showroom.
