February has been a busy month for Sky High Farm Workwear. The brand dropped its SS23 collection just weeks ago, and now it’s following that offering up with a Dickies collaboration that spotlights some of Dickies’ most famous pieces like the Eisenhower jacket, 874 Work Pant and Short-Sleeve Work Shirt. Sky High Farm Workwear’s unique calling cards are its whimsical graphics, hand-customized details and circularity efforts — and all three of those core brand elements are on full display across this collection.

Shown above in photos from longtime Sky High Farm collaborator Ryan McGinley, the collection is made up of donated deadstock vintage Dickies goods in “Dark Navy” or “Lincoln Green.” Each is customized by Brian Blakely, a New York-based embroidery artist, and features details like cloudy “SHF” logos, chain-stitched strawberries and a stylized version of Dickies’ Ox Collar logo. All pieces also feature a special co-branded detail created by NYC illustrator Joana Avillez and screen-printed by Brooklyn’s own LQQK Studios.

“Sky High Farm Workwear was created to support the urgent food access and sovereignty work of Sky High Farm 501(c)(3). Through committed and generous
partners such as Dickies — and creatives who have lent their energies to helping us tell our story — we are able to activate donated products in service of a greater end: transforming every customer into a donor and walking advocate for equity in our food system,” says Daphne Seybold, the co-CEO and CMO of Sky High Farm Workwear. Dickies CMO Sarah Crockett echos Seybold’s sentiment: “Dickies has over 100 years of history supporting communities and those committed to making their mark. Sky High Farm’s commitment to improving access to resources through the sustainable cultivation of food is a mission that Dickies is proud to support through our platform and brand.”

The Sky High Farm Workwear x Dickies “Icons” collection will release via the Sky High Farm Workwear and Dover Street Market webstores — as well as in DSM NY, LA, London and Ginza — on February 23 at 10 AM ET. Prices range from $190-$335 USD.
