Bentley's Miami Beach Residences are for Car Lovers Only
Scheduled for completion in 2026.

The star-studded coastline of Sunny Isles Beach in Miami is adding one more beautiful residence building to its fort, bringing British automobile manufacturer Bentley into its embrace.
Scheduled to open its doors in 2026, Bentley Motors’ first residential building will be the tallest oceanfront structure in the US. Crafted by Sieger Suarez Architects and Dezer Development, the 63-story residence will house 216 apartments dominated by enchanting views of the Eastern coast. The luxury skyscraper will feature various state-of-the-art amenities along with a lift that allows homeowners to stay seated in their cars while going up to their condos.
Every home boasts Bentley’s sleek design style, while car parts detail rooms throughout, including bathroom faucets that utilize the cars’ metal shift knobs. Triangular glass creates dazzling floor-to-ceiling windows connected to elegant marble flooring and polished finishes. In addition, the building will allow residents access to several restaurants, bars, a fitness center, a spa, a game room, and a movie theater to be experienced beside Miami’s sun-filled beaches.
Take a look inside the building in the gallery above. Construction for Bentley’s Miami residences will begin later this year. The deluxe condos are already available for purchase, with prices ranging from $5.25 million USD to over $30 million USD for a penthouse apartment.
