First Look Images Surface for the sacai x Nike LD Waffle Returning in 2024
Appearing in two colorways — “Midnight Navy” and “Gorge Green.”
Nike and sacai are cooking up another collaboration for 2024, slating to make a return in collaborating on the LD Waffle, once again. New images have surfaced about the Japanese fashion brand’s collaboration which sees the familiar silhouette arrive in two new colorways — “Midnight Navy” and “Gorge Green.”
The shoe is constructed in a blend of materials that include, mesh, leather and suede all while maintaining the shoe’s iconic design. Known for highlighting the concept of duality, the shoe’s matching Swooshes, tongues and co-branding on the heel are doubled up while the footwear’s signature dual sculpted midsole sets it apart from other silhouettes. The shoe sits atop a classic rubber waffle outsole to round out the design. The “Midnight Navy” colorway appears to take on a dark hued upper that sees black and navy suede cover the upper while sitting atop hues of blue. As for the “Gorge Green” colorway, the shoe’s upper is in white to contrast the green accents throughout the shoe.
