Nubeo Brings ‘Space Invaders’ to the Dials of Its Latest Limited-Edition Watches

Since its conception, Nubeo has shown its fascination with outer space and the deep sea — both influences that are evident in its time-telling collections. Naturally, this led the independent watch brand to connect with Taito to bring two Space Invaders watches to life. The collaboration comprises a chronograph, the NB-6024-SI, and the NB-6047-SI, and an automatic model.

Priced at $1,100 USD, the NB-6024-Si – Magellan Chronograph Space Invaders Limited Edition arrives in four colorways: Spaceship White, Alien Green, Plasma Purple, and Defender Yellow. Meanwhile, the NB-6047-Si – Magellan Automatic Space Invaders Limited Edition comes in the colors Stardust Silver, Solar Gold, Invader Blue, Cosmic Green, and has a price point of $1,450 USD.

Measuring 48mm in width, both models are not only statements on the wrists but also a lot of fun to wear complete with a nostalgic appeal. With a knack for crafting timepieces that combine functionality, performance, and fun designs, Nubeo ensured the multi-layered dial is decorated with colorful and luminous Space Invaders Game Pixel Artwork, all intricately crafted to emulate the iconic game’s signature aesthetics. Aside from these motifs, the inner handset, inner bezel, as well as accompanying rubber straps all glow in the dark.
