It can be plugged into mains power via USB-C, but also has a built-in battery for up to 12 hours of playback. It even has a Qi wireless charging pad built in for your phone, helping to make sure you don’t miss a beat.

Tea or coffee? With or without milk? This transformer-of-a-coffee-machine from Joy Resolve can do it all. Add your favorite brew, choose your settings, and fall asleep safe in the knowledge you’ll be waking up to a freshly brewed cup of joy in the morning. It’s designed in London and its creators claim the milk stays fresh thanks to “the world’s smallest mini-fridge” – if that fact wasn’t enough to convince you, it’s small enough to fit on a bedside table and (almost certainly) will elevate your morning routine.

If you’re looking for a functional multi-purpose bag that will last a lifetime, look no further – this backpack from LOEWE might just be what you’re after. It’s not cheap (nothing on this list is), but it has a simple elegance that makes it wearable in almost any context.
