Sundance DXB Returns for Fourth Installment of Its Global Festival
With 6ix9ine, NLE Choppa, Polo G and Kojo set to perform at this month’s hip-hop-focused event.
Known for its high-powered music showcases, Sundance DXB is quickly becoming the Middle East’s go-to festival, boasting a genre-tailored line-up at each event. This month, Braga Conceptz is set to host the fourth edition of the music festival, focusing on the world of hip-hop.
Commemorating the genre’s 50th anniversary, the upcoming festival sees a curation that encapsulates hip-hop’s contemporary landscape. Set to headline the event is 6ix9ine who will be joined on the bill by new-gen rappers NLE Choppa, Polo G and Kojo Funds with their setlists of chart-topping tracks.
Aside from musical performances, Sundance DXB 2023 will integrate commissioned works by local artists and brands. From installations to interactive creative displays, these pieces are set out to illustrate the history of hip-hop and will come alive against a backdrop of magnetic sounds to offer a 360° immersive experience.
