Porter Classic Introduces New Leather Jacket Series
Featuring fine deerskin and suede fabrications.
Porter Classic, which is committed to “Made in Japan” craftsmanship, is gearing up for the Fall/Winter 2023 season with its new leather jacket series. Entitled “Ultimate Leather Jacket,” the new offering posits classic outerwear items fit for the modern day.
With an emphasis on classic, yet versatile leather outerwear pieces, the series tosses up a lineup of moto leather jackets, double button jackets, standard straight-zip jackets, hybridized pieces and overshirts. Of course, the pieces appear in black, but also coming into the mix are shades of deep cocoa brown and navy blue.
When offering up classic garments, part of the appeal is in the fabrications and fine detailing that runs throughout, which Porter Classic has a solid grip on with the series. For example, chrome-tanned leather came from North American Steer alongside inclusions of deerskin and vintage-style leather. Additional details include the silver “LOVE & PEACE” snap buttons, which were crafted by GROK LEATHER.
Highlights of the collection include the DEERSKIN DRUG STORE JACKET, DEERSKIN ANCHOR JACKET and LEATHER SUEDE RIDERS JACKET.
