In the realm of sneakers, there are certain color combinations that brands have implemented into their lifestyle sneakers, one being the “Beef and Broccoli” motif. New Balance is one of them, and after employing its delectable palette onto the 9060 silhouette, it’s now tossing this presentation onto the New Balance 580. This colorway was first teased during Summer ‘22, but official images of the pair have now appeared.

N logos on the sides as well as the overlays that sit across the toe tips, quarters and mudguards are cowled in a warm brown. Veggie-esque darker green accents then infiltrate the mesh collars, tongues and the toe boxes, as well as the borders of the aforementioned New Balance insignias. Elsewhere on the upper half, small notes of a muted gray poke out through the interior lining.

Down below, ROLLBAR technology has been stuffed into the rear of the midsole to provide maximum rearfoot stability, and this is indicated by the green ROLLBAR panel towards the rear. The majority of the midsole’s real estate is fitted in black but appears with a faded aesthetic thanks to its slight distressing.

Select retailers like FENOM have these available right now for €139 ($148 USD).

Elsewhere in footwear, the 57/40 has arrived in “Bone” and “Charcoal” colorways.
