Natsuko Shoji‘s French fusion restaurant été and VERDY‘s imprint Girls Don’t Cry have come together once again to present their annual Valentine’s Day offerings. The release comes following Shoji’s recent award for”Asia’s Best Female Chef Award” in the 2022 edition of Asia’s Best 50 Restaurants.

This year’s choice of sweets is a custom box of chocolate housed in a heart-shaped box with a faux bite taken out of the side. With black selected as the predominant color in 2021 and classic red used in 2022, this year’s color is chosen is white. Gold foil “Girl’s Don’t Cry” branding is found on the outside while “Made With Love” text and “Fleurs d’été” logos in reference to Shoji’s acclaimed patisserie brand is etched within. This year’s set will come with either a red tie-on charm or a green heart keychain featuring “Girls Don’t Cry” and Fleurs d’été” branding on each side.

The été x Girls Don’t Cry Valentine’s Day sets will be available for pre-order on January 27 for ¥10,000 JPY (approximately $77 USD).
