A-COLD-WALL* Pre-Spring 2023 Builds a Modular Wardrobe
Presented through four distinct visual narratives.
Following a collaboration with Converse, A-COLD-WALL* now presents its Pre-Spring 2023 collection built upon the four systematic visual narratives of Considered, Eclipse, Uniform, and Conditioned. The seasonal concepts offer a look into the core of ACW’s codes while introducing new unique fabrications, experimental print techniques, color palettes, and distorted brand motifs.
For Eclipse, a number of soothing blue and green gradients merge and dissolve across a selection of cozy jersey and knitted pieces. The Hypergraphic series channels a more intense and upbeat energy as solar flares of red and yellow morph through hypergraphic prints set alongside bracket logos. Highlights of the capsule include an asymmetric padded gilet vest featuring varying 3D pockets.
For Conditioned, an emphasis is put on the fabrics, which incorporate innovative and intricate finishes. Overshirts and trousers are dressed in peach-toned tactile nylon and enamel rhombus badges while merino blend sweaters are fashioned with geometric patterns. Rounding out the assortment is the Uniform series which sets elevated standards with transitional essentials that create a modular wardrobe for everyday use — from slides to flagship M65 military jackets.
