Following its Nike ACG collaboration, Supreme is now readying a reconnection with Yohji Yamamoto for Fall 2022. Serving as the latest installment of its major collaboration series of the season, the upcoming special range follows the Fall 2020 collaboration between the New York imprint and iconic Japanese label.
The Supreme x Yohji Yamamoto Fall 2022 collaboration is led by a Vanson Leathers Jacket and Pant set, Bomber Jacket, Parka, Baja Jacket, and Suit. Marked by co-branding elements, varied constructions, and graphics, other items include a Sweater, Shirt, Hooded Sweatshirt, Cargo Pant, three T-Shirts, Beanie, Dr. Martens 1461 3-Eye Shoe and Skateboard.
It is interesting to note the unexpected Tekken inspiration featured on the Bomber Jacket, Puffer Parka, Sweater, Shirt, Hooded Sweatshirt, T-Shirt, and Skateboard. The motifs range from takes on the Tekken 3 logo, character select collage, and knit representations of iconic characters.
The Supreme x Yohji Yamamoto Fall 2022 collaboration will see a global release, via the streetwear imprint September 22, 11 a.m. EDT in the United States and September 24, 11 a.m. JST in Japan. Select Yohji Yamamoto locations will also see a release of the collaboration September 24, 11 a.m. JST.
