Universal Works FW22 Is About Enjoying the Journey
Fusing eye-catching fabrics and designs for an easygoing style.
Nottingham-based brand Universal Works has unveiled its latest collection for the Fall/Winter 2022 season. Titled “The New Walk Culture Programme,” the new offering is inspired by getting outdoors and enjoying the journey.
In a world that thrives on moving fast and always looking to what’s next, Universal Works’ founder, David Keyte, wanted to slow down the pace going into the coming season. Whether it be stepping outside to enjoy the surrounding nature or taking a drive, the brand’s new collection sets forth a range of comfortable yet appealing everyday pieces. Fusing country-wear, streetwear and outdoor tech styles, the collection includes a range of outerwear, knitwear, coordinating sets, hoodies, pants and more in several fabrications.
Whether it be an overcoat, jacket or pants, the collection fuses eye-catching fabrics and designs with warm-hued houndstooth, cumin-colored corduroy, forest green nylon and more. No matter the garment, the offering harbors an overall relaxed construction for an easygoing style. Aside from the brand’s signature usage of twill, fleece and checked offerings, the new collection also centers on recycled and organic raw materials this time around.
