According to reports, the TDE artist will be portraying Huang’s still-unnamed love interest, while details of Cherry’s character have not been revealed. Tuna Melt is billed as “an off-beat dramedy” compared to “an updated Pulp Fiction meets High Fidelity.” Starring, written, produced directed by Huang, the story follows a hitman who ends up meeting the love of his life shortly after finishing a job — which occurs during the aftermath of a breakup.
In addition to Huang, Scooter Braun, James Shin, Aaron Ryder and Andrew Swett will produce, while Scott Manson will be serving as executive producer.
