Guerrilla-Group and Sealson's Collection is Inspired by the Transformation of Insects
Dubbed “METAMORPHOSIS.”
After delivering its OSVI Season 05 “REKONSTRUKT” collection, Guerrilla-Group and Sealson have come together for a baggage range inspired by the transformative stages of insects. Dubbed “METAMORPHOSIS,” the collaborative project builds on Sealson’s original bag series with GG’s outlook on military references and modular design.
The Guerrilla-Group x Sealson “METAMORPHOSIS” collection features the GG-SE-SC25 25L backpack, GG-SE-TE01 three-way messenger bag, and GG-SE-SA01 two-way vest. The silhouettes and details are highlighted by a sleek black tone expressed with sustainable ECOYA and patented OLMETEX fabrics. The elevated construction serves to substantially elevate the functionality of the baggage styles.
To mark the collaboration, Guerrilla-Group’s sci-fi cinematic worldview is explored in a short film with up-and-coming Taiwanese director Hsi Chiu Jung. The accompanying visual, “METAMORPHOSIS (OSVI VOL 1)”, combines dreamscape/virtual/reality into a single space. “Sometimes I feel like I am dreaming. Sometimes it feels too real. I know the space I stand in now is made from the memories of our old reality,…the longer I stay, the more I forget…”
