In-Hand Look at the adidas YEEZY Slide "Flax"
The airport-ready kicks made their debut on YEEZY Day 2022.
Despite the fact that Ye made claims that the annual YEEZY Day initiative was put into motion without his approval, adidas still carried out with its plans to release a plethora of restocks and debuts. And one iteration that fell in line with the latter was the adidas YEEZY Slide “Flax” colorway, and we’ve now captured a look at what the kicks look like in hand.
Like the previously-launched Slides designed by the creative genius, this newest installment is cooked up with a matte and monochromatic motif. It’s titular shade covers everything from the smooth upper to the insoles to the substantial bottoms that come sculpted with toothy grooves. The kicks are somewhat resemblant to the silhouette’s “Ochre” colorway, but steer towards a slightly darker shade. Branding is extremely minimal as per usual and only comes in the form of a debossed Three Stripes insignia that rests on the heel of the footbed.
While these already dropped during YEEZY Day, the kicks may see a restock sometime down the road, so check out a closer look above.
