Following a joint capsule with artist Hajime Sorayama earlier this year, Yuta Hosokawa and Cali Thornhill Dewitt‘s © SAINT M ×××××× (Saint Michael) label readies its Fall/Winter 2022 collection featuring collaborative items with rising imprint, SHERMER.

The upcoming collection evokes a sense of youthful rebellion, featuring an assemblage of letterman jackets as well as washed hoodies and sweatpants with varsity lettering. Oversized Saint Youth tees continue the label’s central religious references seen across its prior collections, incorporating “Holy Mother” and Jesus graphics in a variety of different art styles. An additional jacket and pant set is dressed in pop-art “Saint!” monogram prints and the tees are styled alongside Cotton Wreath Jeans from Denim Tears, a previous collaborator.

Joined by an affinity for vintage styling, the collaborative pieces between © SAINT M ×××××× and SHERMER include cut-off tees and distressed long-sleeves displaying die-shaped graphics inspired by The Viper Room in West Hollywood. Along with the “Saint Is Life” tee featuring heart-shaped cookie motifs and the tagline “There’s no life in the fire.”

The first items from the © SAINT M ×××××× FW22 collection are set to release at select dealers in Japan July 16. Take a look at the lookbook shot by photographer RK above.
