WACKO MARIA Delivers Graphic Hawaiian Shirts
Featuring Basquiat artwork and tiger prints.
Following the release of WACKO MARIA’s Spring/Summer 2022 Hawaiian shirts, we now have a closer look at the summer-ready styles that just arrived on HBX.
Comprised of five shirts, the latest range features graphics based on artworks of the American artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, as well as tiger motifs. Leading the lineup is a shirt printed with Basquiat’s Untitled (Loans), which sees his signature crown logo, a robot character, and splotches of blue, yellow, and off-white colors. Shirts with tiger motifs, on the other hand, are designed by the Japanese brand’s long-time collaborator, tattoo artist Tim Lehi. Rounding out the drop is a shirt adorned with colorful illustrations of naked women.
Priced at $425 USD, WACKO MARIA’s SS22 Hawaiian shirts are now available on HBX.
