Vintage Aesthetic and Contemporary Build Collide on Tyler, the Creator's New Converse GLF 2.0 Model
Releasing in “Oil Green/Bison” and “Curry/Copper Tan” colorways.

Tyler, the Creator is currently entertaining crowds across the UK, Europe and Australia for the newest leg of his Call Me If You Get Lost Tour, but he’s turning our attention to his world of footwear with the unveiling of his newest silhouette with Converse: the GLF 2.0. The new offering — which title is likely short for GOLF le FLEUR* 2.0 — bears a minimalistic design, and was actually first spotted on the talented artist in a video last July making the bridge for “SWEET.”
The LA-bred artist merges an old-school court feel with contemporary design sensibilities for this new design. Fluid, scalloping design lines are inserted into the upper to nod to the Gianno model, and the base comes materialized with a canvas backdrop and suede overlays. Retro references are displayed through the textured midsoles and remixed Converse license plates. GOLF le FLEUR* branding also arrives on the tongues for extra flair. A lightweight CX liner and cup sole build is integrated into the sole piece for premium comfort.
Check out the silhouette’s inaugural “Oil Green/Bison” and “Curry/Copper Tan” colorways above and expect them to release via Converse on June 9
for $110 USD.
