The Japanese designer essentially found a way to reimagine the ever classic Y-3 Qasa High — which is also slated to make a glorious return to the market shortly — into a hot weather go-to. The influence is evident through the thick and elastic straps that make up the upper as well as the exaggerated midsoles which are formed with multiple layers. In terms of branding, you can find Y-3 hits atop the white molds that are planted on the heightened parts of the heels as well as the rear of the lateral side of the midsoles.
