Jack Dorsey Has Officially Stepped Down from Twitter's Board of Directors
Coinciding with this year’s meeting of stockholders.

Jack Dorsey has officially left his post as a member of the board of directors for Twitter. It was announced as early as November of last year when Dorsey stepped down as CEO, where Twitter noted that he would remain on the board until an expiration date coinciding with this year’s meeting for shareholders.
This is an end of an era, as Dorsey — who co-created the company as early as 2006 — has also been tied to the company in some working capacity until now. There’s currently a lot of uncertainty surrounding the platform as the transfer of power to Elon Musk continues to unfold.
In other tech news, Twitter paid $150 million USD in fines over improper use of user data.
