adidas Forum '84 Low Gets Readied With a "Team Power Red" Makeover
A consolation prize if you couldn’t cop the Bad Bunny collab.
Sneaker collaborations these days can be extremely difficult to get your hands on due to the soaring demand and scarce supply. However, various sportswear brands will often cater to its fans by dropping GR colorways that bear very similar elements to its team-ups. One example is the newest adidas Forum ‘84 Low “Core White/Team Power Red” iteration which is styled in similar fashion to Bad Bunny’s “Easter Egg” collaboration from Spring 2021.
Much like the Puerto Rican icon’s variation, this newest offering allows various shades of pink to cascade over its entire upper and bottom piece. Base layers are crafted from the traditional smooth leathers and feature shaggy suedes that drop off on the quarter panel’s stripes. In terms of branded hits, Trefoil hits are applied to the tongues and on the lateral heels of the uppers, both of which are filled in with a deep red hue.
Since the resell prices of Benito’s pair have gotten pretty lofty over the past year, this colorway would certainly make for a nice consolation pick-up. Retailers like Up There have them available right now for $130 USD.
